Who We Are

This website at https://trusswork.pro hosts a public demonstration of Trusswork, a construction-technology proof of concept that presents a Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams interface for construction work (bids, projects, and safety incidents). "Trusswork," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the developer of this demonstration, which operates from the United States (Washington State) and Canada and makes this demonstration available to visitors in both countries.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at privacy@trusswork.pro.

The Short Version

This is a demonstration website. It collects essentially nothing about you. It runs entirely in your web browser, makes no calls to any Trusswork server or application programming interface, makes no third-party network requests (the typefaces it uses are served from this website, not from a third party), has no user accounts or login, uses no analytics, and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Everything you see in the demo is fictional sample data.

What We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information through this website, and we do not run analytics or behavioural tracking of any kind.

The only piece of data this website stores in your browser is a single functional cookie, described below. We do not combine it with anything else, and it never leaves your device in a form that identifies you.

The One Cookie We Use

This website sets one strictly functional cookie named trusswork-device. Its only purpose is to detect whether you are using a phone, a tablet, or a desktop computer so the demo can present a layout suited to your screen. It stores a short device-class value only. It contains no name, no email address, no account identifier, and no other personal information, it is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking, and it is not shared with any third party. It expires automatically after approximately 24 hours.

Because this cookie is strictly necessary to present the demo correctly and stores no personal information, we disclose it here rather than asking you to accept it through a consent banner. You can refuse or remove it at any time: clear cookies for this site in your browser settings, or browse in a private/incognito window. The demo will continue to work; it will simply re-detect your device class on each visit.

Sample Data Is Fictional

All companies, people, projects, bids, and safety incidents shown in this demonstration — including the fictional "Cascade Construction" and any sample place names — are invented for illustration. They are not real and contain no real personal information about anyone.

No Third-Party Connections

This website serves all of its assets — including its typefaces — from its own domain. It does not load resources from Google Fonts or any other third-party service, does not send your information to any external server, runs no analytics, and includes no third-party trackers. Aside from the single functional cookie described above, your visit involves no external data sharing of any kind.

No Sharing, No Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because this website does not collect any, and no data about your visit reaches any third party.

We Store Nothing Durable

This website keeps no durable record of your visit. There is no backend database, no server log under our control on this static site, and no account profile. Apart from the short-lived functional cookie in your own browser, nothing about your visit is retained by us.

Your Privacy Rights

We aim to handle personal information in keeping with the privacy laws applicable where we operate, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable United States and Washington State privacy law. In practice, because this demonstration website does not collect or hold personal information about visitors, there is generally nothing about you for us to access, correct, or delete. If you nonetheless believe we hold personal information about you, or you have a privacy question or concern, you may contact us at privacy@trusswork.pro, and we will respond as required by applicable law. Canadian visitors may also raise concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; United States visitors may contact the relevant authority, such as the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.

Children

This demonstration is intended for business evaluation by professional audiences and is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
