About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the public demonstration website at https://trusswork.pro (the "Demo"). The Demo presents Trusswork, a construction-technology proof of concept showing a Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams interface for construction work, and is made available to visitors in the United States and Canada. "Trusswork," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the developer of the Demo. By accessing or using the Demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Demo.

What the Demo Is

The Demo is an interactive marketing and evaluation preview only. It runs entirely in your browser, uses fictional sample data, and is not a live product, not connected to any real Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Teams environment, and not connected to any real construction project, company, or worksite. Nothing in the Demo should be relied upon as operational, real-time, or production functionality.

Permitted Use

You may use the Demo to evaluate and explore the Trusswork concept for your own informational and business-assessment purposes. You agree not to misuse the Demo, including by attempting to disrupt, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or any related systems, by copying or reverse-engineering it for competitive purposes, or by using it in any manner that violates applicable law. The Demo is provided for evaluation; it is not licensed for production or commercial operation.

Provided "As Is"

THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

Trusswork owns or licenses all content in the Demo, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, and the "Trusswork" name and marks. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or grant any licence to those materials except the limited right to view and interact with the Demo for evaluation as described above. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams are trademarks of their respective owner and are referenced for descriptive purposes only; their use here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Safety Disclaimer

The Demo may display safety-incident features using fictional sample data, for illustration only. The Demo does not monitor any real worksite, does not send or deliver any real safety alert or notification, and performs no safety-critical function of any kind.

Nothing in the Demo is a substitute for professional safety judgment, a qualified safety officer, on-site safety supervision, emergency procedures, or compliance with applicable occupational health and safety law — including, in the United States, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Washington State workplace-safety regulations administered by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), and, in Canada, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) and its regulations. You must not rely on the Demo for any safety, emergency, or compliance purpose, and you must maintain all safety protocols, emergency response plans, and regulatory compliance procedures independently of the Demo.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSSWORK AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE DEMO, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Demo or these Terms. If you access the Demo from Canada or another jurisdiction, you may have rights under your local law that cannot be waived by contract, and nothing in these Terms limits any such non-waivable rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Demo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
